We originally used technologies that required manual recording and storage of data readings when measuring temperature and humidity in warehouses. CRA offered a comprehensive, integrated solution for the Czech and Slovak Republics, online monitoring of the required indicators, the possibility to display the results in a web environment, confirmation of the quality of compliance with standards in the storage of goods, receipt of alerts and, last but not least, a reasonable price. Recently, our laboratories have also joined in using the technology. Our Technical Services are testing other CRA products that we could use. Personally, I very much appreciate the attitude of the staff, the expert advice they have given us, and especially their willingness to modify the application to suit our demands.
