MultiTech IoT Cloud
The first Czech universal platform for integrating the IoT
The future of smart services and industrial automation lies in the synergies of IoT technologies. Why not take advantage of the synergies today? Collect data from different IoT networks, store, and process it all in one place. Receive data in a standardised form regardless of where it came from and regardless of the route it went.

More detailed information
IoT systems increasingly combine different information sources and communication technologies, which promises immense synergies in their use. Through data SIMs you can now combine IP communication on MQTT, HTTP, and UDP protocols with an IoT-oriented LoRaWAN.
In addition to communication technologies such as LoRa or Narrow Band, so-called ‘mesh networks’ are gradually emerging. These are becoming increasingly widespread in large industrial sites, urban networks, wireless sensor networks (WSNs), or in ad hoc networks for emergency situations. Various types of wireless and Wi-Fi networks are also finding applications. Furthermore, the MQTT Broker makes it possible to virtually connect any device to the cloud or link networks with different technologies. New types of GPS are also being introduced and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming widespread.
Our MultiTech IoT Cloud platform caters to contemporary as well as future trends. It not only makes it possible to work with devices connected by different communication technologies and protocols, but also to store and process the data from those devicesand provide you with the result in a standardised format.
Data storage, processing, transformation, and conversion, including the management of your entire solution, are concentrated in a single place. You can host your own applications in the IoT Cloud. MultiTech IoT Cloud thus greatly simplifies the extraction and conversion of data from different formats used by different technologies, but at the same time simplifies and reduces the costs of the operation of the entire IoT solution.
MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) is a protocol designed for communication between devices on a network. It has been developed for efficient message transfer in relation to limited bandwidth, high latency, and uncertain network availability. MQTT is designed to be simple and easy to implement in different devices and platforms.
The main properties of an MQTT include:
- Publish-Subscribe model
MQTT uses the publish-subscribe (pub/sub) model of communication. Devices can publish messages on certain topics to which other devices can subscribe and receive messages concerning those topics. - Low overhead
The MQTT protocol is designed with data transfer efficiency in mind.
Quality of Service (QoS): MQTT provides three levels of QoS for managing the reliability of message delivery. - Retained messages
MQTT makes it possible to store retained messages, which are stored by the server and automatically delivered to newly connected subscribers. This way, it is possible, for example, to retrieve the current status or configuration when a new device is connected. - LWT (Last Will and Testament)
MQTT supports the LWT mechanism, which makes it possible to define a message that will be published automatically if a device unexpectedly disconnects or loses connection.
For its simplicity and efficiency, MQTT is often used in IoT environments where there is a need for communication between different devices with limited resources and under different network conditions.
The implementation of the MQTT protocol in the MultiTech IoT Cloud environment significantly expands the possibilities of integrating IoT systems with very different technologies.
