More detailed information
If your business depends on IT and data, you need to avoid outages. And every minute counts.
Our backup services provide you with a comprehensive solution for both the recovery of your valuable data or your entire IT system in the event of a sudden and unexpected natural disaster, accident, or human failure (Disaster Recovery), and an effective implementation of your Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
In addition to date centre and cloud services, you have the option to have an alternative workstation set up for your key staff within a defined period of time of your request. As a standard, the workstation features a laptop, monitor, IP telephone, and secure connectivity to your systems.
To accommodate more demanding requests, we can cooperate with our partners who specialise in BCP.
Backup and restoration of your data any time you need. Data from all servers and devices where you have important information is backed up automatically, remotely, and in the background to our cloud, to a store on your network (NAS), or to your local store.
For example, if you lose your mobile phone or laptop, you can recover your data quickly and easily. Backup is compatible with most common operating systems and platforms such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS, including mobile phone and tablet systems. It also supports the VMware and Hyper-V virtualisation platforms.
You have easy online control of the settings in our intuitive self-service portal.
Data backup is ideal if you already have your IT operations backed up in other ways.
You can store a backup of your entire IT environment on our cloud. Your operational IT naturally stays with you. We will take care of the setup and recovery. In the event of an outage, you can run the backup operation from anywhere: from your computer, mobile phone, or tablet. This way, you will not lose more than 15 minutes of operation.
Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) are important parameters of any IT disaster recovery plan.
RTO refers to the maximum time required for the recovery of a system following an outage, i.e., the time that elapses between the interruption of IT operations and restoration from backup. The RTO value can be set from as little as one minute for each single backed-up virtual server.
RPO specifies the point in the past to which data can be restored from a backup. On that basis, it is possible to estimate how much data will be lost due to an outage. With us, you can set the RPO value anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours. By adding up the RTO and RPO values, you get the time that elapses from the last backup before the outage until the full recovery of your system.
