Luboš Tejkl newly appointed to take care of employee well-being
České Radiokomunikace (CRA) is boosting its management team with a new director of Human Resources, Luboš Tejkl.
Prague, 12. October 2017 – České Radiokomunikace (CRA) is boosting its management team with a new director of Human Resources, Luboš Tejkl. Over the past few years, CRA has transformed into a modern, dynamic company with orientation on providing exceptional services whether it comes to broadcasting, ICT or the Internet of Things. These services are supported by a unique infrastructure and innovative technologies. Luboš Tejkl has vast HR experience at technology and innovation companies. During the past two years, he lead the Human Resources department at the Scandinavian technology company Tieto.
“My goal is to continue in establishing an environment for CRA employees that would mutually support the transition which the company has experienced. The opportunity to work at a company with a deeper mission, good tradition and excited staff, capable of setting trends in the use of new technologies, is definitely a challenge for me,” says Luboš Tejkl.
During the past several years, Luboš Tejkl lead the Human Resources department at Tieto. During his tenure at Tieto, the company became of the TOP IT employers in the Czech Republic. His previous experience includes working in HR management for Česká spořitelna, GE and ConocoPhillips.
Luboš Tejkl graduated from the University of Hradec Králové, where he studied history and education. For his post-graduate studies, Luboš studied labour law at Charles University. He received is MBA from Sheffield Hallam University. In his spare time, Luboš enjoys spending time with his family – he is married with 4 children. His hobbies include the mountains and skiing.
