Martina Ježková is a graduate of the University of Economics, specializing in personnel management. She joined us from Sportisimo, where she served as the HR director, and prior to that, she held the same position for 9 years at Tchibo. With rich experience in HR, she finds the most enjoyment in this work from being able to significantly influence and co-create an environment where employees can feel good and take joy in their work.
