Jiří Černík

Jiří Černík has held the position of Chief Financial Officer since September 2022. He joined CRA from Prague Airport, where he was a member of the Board of Directors responsible for finance and investments since 2019. As a Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he also oversaw the management of the subsidiaries.

Before that he held the position of CFO of Skanska Construction Company in the Central Europe region (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania). He spent 11 years in this company and was responsible for IT and central purchasing in additional to finance.

During his career so far he has gained a lot of experience in financial management, controlling and auditing in the fields of consulting, gas, industry and technology. He also worked for Ernst&Young, Jihomoravská plynárenská, Honeywell and Zetor.

Jiří Černík studied economics at Masaryk University in Brno.
