Petr Holý will strengthen the management of CRA as the new Technical Director

Petr Holý has been in the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years, working in various positions for T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom in the Czech Republic and Germany, and also at CETIN. Half a year ago he moved to the position of Cloud Services Director at Cloud4com, and now he will take over responsibility for the technical management of CRA.
‘I believe that Petr Holý will bring an even stronger emphasis on ICT services and their security not only from a technical point of view’, says Miloš Mastník, CRA CEO. ‘His key tasks will include building on CRA's strong technological position, further developing innovative solutions, strengthening a reliable infrastructure, and maintaining a high level of service. At the same time, he will focus on process optimisation and even better linking technology initiatives with business goals’, adds Miloš Mastník.
‘Thanks to our close cooperation in the field of cloud services, I have already had the opportunity to get to know CRA, including ongoing and upcoming projects ranging from the construction of new DAB transmitters, the development of HbbTV and OTT services, Cyber Security technologies, and GPU-based cloud services. I look forward to having the opportunity to cover these projects. The biggest challenge for me will be to align business requirements with technical and organisational capabilities, as I see a very pro-customer culture at CRA’, explains Petr Holý, CRA's new CTO.
Petr Holý graduated from the University of West Bohemia and in his spare time, apart from his family, enjoys endurance sports and travelling.
Pavel Kos, the current CRA Technical Director, is leaving CRA after ten years by mutual agreement.
