CRA announces a tender for the completion of the CRA Strahov area
CRA has announced a tender for the completion of its headquarters site in Strahov, Prague. The tender aims to develop an architectural study, followed by project documentation and engineering work for the implementation of the CRA Strahov project – the completion of the campus.
The purpose and mission of the tender are to identify and evaluate the most suitable solution for the completion of the CRA – Strahov complex. This solution must meet the requirements outlined in the tender conditions and documents. The tender will also select the bidders with whom the CRA will negotiate contracts for the subsequent construction phase according to these conditions.
The main requirement for the administrative building in the CRA – Strahov area is to maximise land use in accordance with the valid Spatial Plan. The goal is to construct a modern building with at least 100 workplaces in open space offices, matching the standard of the existing Strahov area. The building should include appropriate social facilities, management offices, meeting rooms, informal rest zones, an adequate number of parking spaces, and pedestrian connections to ensure seamless integration with existing structures.
